Prototype status

Acre & Home is a pre-launch concept and prototype. Product listings, farm names, prices, availability, pickup details, cart totals, and marketplace interactions shown in the demo are fictional examples unless explicitly identified as verified live offerings.

No purchases through the prototype

The current website does not accept payment, create enforceable food orders, reserve inventory, guarantee pickup, or form a buyer-seller contract. Adding items to the demo basket stores a sample selection in your browser only.

Farm applications and waitlist submissions

Submitting a form expresses interest only. It does not guarantee acceptance into a pilot, access to products, exclusivity, pricing, geographic availability, investment returns, or any business outcome.

Seller responsibility

Any future participating seller will remain responsible for the safety, legality, accuracy, labeling, pricing, availability, storage, packaging, permits, licenses, taxes, and fulfillment of its products unless a later written agreement specifically provides otherwise.

Food and allergy information

Do not rely on prototype descriptions for dietary, allergen, safety, or medical decisions. Live products should display seller-provided labels and warnings, and customers should contact the seller when they have questions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with security, scrape data in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person or business, or claim a relationship with Acre & Home without permission.

Intellectual property

The Acre & Home name, logo, site design, original copy, and prototype materials are intended for Acre & Home use. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. The working brand has not been represented as completing formal trademark clearance.

Disclaimers

The prototype is provided “as is” and “as available.” Acre & Home does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free code, successful launch, seller participation, specific savings, product quality, or financial results.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Acre & Home will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on prototype content. Features and these terms may change as the business develops.
