Effective August 13, 2026. This notice covers the Acre & Home pre-launch website and its waitlist and farm-interest forms.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code or city, farm or business name, products of interest, current ordering methods, meeting preferences, and anything else you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use submitted information to evaluate launch demand, contact prospective shoppers and farm partners, arrange meetings, improve the pilot, prevent abuse, and provide updates you requested.
Hosting and form providers
This static website is prepared for hosting through services such as Netlify. A hosting or form provider may process submissions, technical logs, IP addresses, device information, or anti-spam signals according to its own policies. The final deployed provider should be identified here before public launch.
Marketing messages
Waitlist members may receive Acre & Home launch updates. You may unsubscribe by using an unsubscribe option in a message or contacting Dalton at daltonsmith04@icloud.com.
Sharing
Acre & Home does not intend to sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the site, comply with law, protect users, or complete a transaction you explicitly request in a future version.
Retention and deletion
Pre-launch submissions may be kept while the pilot is being evaluated and operated. You may request correction or deletion by emailing daltonsmith04@icloud.com. Some information may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
Children
The site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Security
Reasonable safeguards should be used, but no website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit sensitive financial, health, government-identification, or password information through the pre-launch forms.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the platform, hosting provider, and transaction model develop. The effective date will be changed when material revisions are published.
